People Along Roads Studio (PAR Studio) was born in Paris in 2009, a creative seed planted by Ami Weickaane. Per Cromwell joined the journey in 2019. Together, they shaped an agency that reflects their essence: human, connected, and unapologetically creative.

At its heart, People Along Roads Studio is not just a creative agency. It is a meeting point for art, activism, and purpose. As a multicultural couple, Ami and Per infuse their work with the richness of their hybrid identities, their love for the world’s infinite perspectives, and a commitment to crafting connections that transcend boundaries.

In every campaign, every visual, and every narrative we shape, we carry the conviction that visual art can change the way we see and engage with the world. Ami Weickaane, known as Bluu, is a dynamic force uniting diverse realms of creativity, curation, and entrepreneurship. With a rich background in art,consultancy, advisory roles, and entrepreneurship,Ami brings a holistic perspective to project execution. She is a dynamic entrepreneur and strategist specializing in creative transformation and advocacy. With over 15 years of experience in leadership, project management, and curation, she combines business acumen with a passion for equality, decolonization, and sustainability.

Per Cromwell

Per Cromwell is a senior creative director with 25 years of expertise in communication and design. A thought leader in his field, he has been sharing his knowledge as a lecturer for over 15 years across more than 10 countries and serves as a guest professor at Hefei University in China. His innovative work has earned him multiple prestigious awards and global clients spanning Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America. Per’s career is defined by his ability to craft impactful, cross-cultural solutions that resonate worldwide.
